At Mega Sport, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your athletic gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging and unused.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and select the 'My Orders' section to choose the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unused sports equipment or apparel back into its original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return form.
Choose Shipping Method
Drop off your package at any authorized Mega Sport retail location for a free return, or ship it back to our central warehouse via a tracked courier service.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
